Mate Latte.  

Start with taking 1-3 teaspoons of mate and adding it to a cup of hot water.  Allow to steep for 5 minutes.  Then warm up a cup of milk (almond milk adds sweetness and is a favorite of mine here.)  Strain out the mate and add the warm milk.  Delicious.  A variation of this is to use a teaspoon of jiaogulan with a teaspoon of mate.  Jiaogulan has many health giving properties that you can read about here.
