Strong Yang Tea

1 tbsp ginseng

1 tbsp rhodiola

1 tbsp ashwaghanda

1 tbsp schisandra

1 tsp ginger

Add ingredients to quart of water and bring to a boil and then simmer for 40 minutes.  At the end you will have less than a pint of tea that you can drink over the course of the day.  This is a beverage for those who tend to be older, cooler and more damp and heavy.  This is quite stimulating for many so avoid with people who are nervous, run hot and wired.
